Has anyone who was rebadged other than GIS, seeing any visits from HCL?
Everyone did their initial true up or department overview with the HCL reps but we havent seen or heard from anyone since. Were told they would be coming to do more in depth look within a month or 2 but doesnt seem like they are visiting with any depts. Just seems a focus on moving the GIS admin jobs offshore.

My job is extremely complex. They just don’t know what they are in for and they don’t care (just looking to save $$) Huge mess coming folks. I say it again - no job is safe - get out while u can!
What wad your job? Maybe it was not very complex and that’s why it was easy to move over quickly.
If you were rebadged your job is not safe (GIS or not). I was rebadged (non GIS), I recently quit, and they replaced my position with someone from HCL Guatemala. They don’t need on-site training to learn the job, they will replace attrition as well, then teach the role to their coworkers offshore & then everyone left in N America will get a notice period, eventually. Find a new job while you can.
