Anthem is a high advocate of : 1st the H1B program all for purpose of Lower Pay and now newer 2nd is hire in own country with even Lower Pay and Less Benefits (Legato)

Anthem is an evil empire that have found a way to exploit low paying workers via the H1B program at the expense of American workers. I am not a Trump supporters but if he can get rid of the H1B program or somehow control it then he will have my vote for the 2020 elections.

Exactly right - H1Bs are limited in their job options as well. They are close to indentured servants. If they leave, they have to update their visas, and the company that they came over with has to AGREE to it or else they will be deported. Also, they are paid at below market wages (in spite of regulations supposedly banning this, but companies are smart and know how to work around this, chiefly by making salary ranges as wide as possible).
So I don't envy the H1B folks who do come over, either. But execs don't care, they want their bonuses, and most are tied to reducing cost instead of expanding revenues or increasing efficiency, because offshoring is the easy solution for them. We are in an age of unparalleled greed. No wonder people are giving a second look at socialism.
