Marvin has a credibility problem at my store; no one believes him anymore, not even the most pro-Marvin associate we have. Everyone is looking for jobs elsewhere before the cuts eliminate their jobs.
Just look at the past year to see what a liar he is; he claims to be Christian but he is not, he worships at the alter of money and greed. He said the days or hiring family and friends were over and that you had to earn your position. How does his staff his executive suite? With friends from his old jobs.
He cuts jobs at the store level claiming it will improve customer service; that’s his line all the time. Anytime their is a cut Marvin says it’s so associates can spend more time helping customers on the floor. Assemblers and FSA’s spent little time on the floor what they did now has to be done by others, actually reducing the time spent on the floor. For the record my store doesn’t have a cleaning service nor anyone to build grills; we are being told to sell what has been built.
Marvin lies to cover up what is really going on.
