Our customers are still signing up for beyond plus even though it costs more now.
They have accepted our updated return policy. Now we need to get the moral back. Everyone is waiting for the ax to fall. Losing a lot of good people because of the uncertainty of the company. Not a good time .

Holmstroms sidepiece slept w him. Now they’re married and she’s a buy buy baby manager
It was my understanding that if you sleep with a cashier, you get promoted to RM like SS. Or maybe coming into stores drunk got him promoted?
I wasn’t fired - I got out before it got too late. The Company that we grew to love hadn’t been the same for some time and with the lay-off of department managers, along with the unorganized leadership, and not correcting the path of the Company, I decided it was time to move on.
There is no uncertainty. Bbb is old outdated and dying. Old ideas grasping at straws and too many lifers in key positions who just want to protect themselves long as they can. Suggested for the next level to get cut...those with consistent weekends off to know they aren't selling or doing any damned thing that really matters. Better yet...see who of them can ACCURATELY ring on register...ask all the required questions, be fast, look up an email coupon. I would pay $$$ to see that sh$$ show.
Former sm. Did you sleep with a cashier , steal money or swing off of a ladder. That’s the only reason they fire sm’s.
Customers are still signing up for Beyond+ because they’d prefer to just shop at home and avoid our understaffed stores altogether. Stores are getting more complaints now that we’ve updated our return policy. Managers have become more concerned with preventing a return than losing a customer who will let everyone else know how awful the customer service is, but nice try trying to paint a rosy picture.
