If you can't make the deadline.. can't get the trains out.. can't get the coal loaded on the boats or freight delivered on time.. no worries.. that's how you keep your jobs. Slow it down. Work safely and stay busy.. just slow it down!! Make them realize they need us! If your constantly turning the work out on time.. they will cut your job. Sandbag them.. stick together! Union strong!

Trust and believe if ns can get the same work out of 10 men that they can get with 20 men.. they will.. problems is that it's seniority based:) everyone knows the young bucks are doing the work while the old fat railroaders sit back and are untouchable. slowing the work down isn't a terrible idea. It might just save a job or 10

Keep drinking the Kool aid people.. work yourself right out of a job! The only way to fight back is to slow it down. Our unions can't stop the furloughs.. only we can. The unions are already bought and paid for!
