I wonder how management going to handle the different pay for employees doing the same job. I’m assuming APC employees make more based on here-say.

More like underpaid and overworked, base salaries are lower at Anadarko vs most companies. Anadarko puts a high value on benefits and amenities, along with a larger annual bonus (which is inconsistent) to claim competitive compensation.
Hopefully OXY will bring on a lot of Anadarko people and it causes HR to slide everyone up to match our new counterparts. Everybody gets a raise!
Well I am not sure it is “hear-say” but I’m sure they have a ton of overpaid and underworked employees. Might be nice to breathe some fresh air and new ideas into their underperforming assets.
