Way Hall

I visited Way Hall Energy Exhibit at Houston’s Natural Museum of History. SWN was listed as one of the sponsors. Very impressive!

Layoffs will happen like 2016 (employed for 60 days but not work) but with half severance. This is the “inside scoop”

Southwestern Energy Announces Second Quarter 2019 and First BM Plunger Results

SPRING, Texas–(Plunger Wire)–
Ongoing capital efficiencies and executive plunger (name rhymes with bay) usage driving top and bottom end of capital guidance (deploy plungers thru company) and toilet paper usage lower; planned second half activity reduction (after second egg frittata).
Southwestern (SWN) today announced financial, plunger usage
, high efficiency toilet water usage (btw executive restrooms cannot be water neutral) and operating results for the quarter and bowel movement (BM) ended June 30, 2019.

“SWN’s position as a leading Appalachia producer and plunger expert is underpinned by its executives plunger skills and competitive plunger races whose names a contest as a operational post egg frittata outperformance, continued cost reduction (read layoffs!), disciplined capital allocation (again code word for layoffs) and prudent commodity management (you know why use toilet paper when you have an industrial grade plunger). This, combined with a strong odors and toilet cloggers also known as a balance sheet and no material (who are we kidding there is plenty of “material” after an egg frittata) near term debt maturities, provides resilience (in the executive plunger races) in this volatile commodity (yup we know that the commodity is processed Chef Special from the market) price environment,” said Bill Way, President and Chief Executive & Plunger Officer, Southwestern
