Merger & Acquisition makes absolutely no sense especially in this market. The M&A play in this space is normally to diversify outside core business models (e.g. Duke acquiring Piedmont or XOM play for XTO). The only longshot in my opinion is a private equity or strategic investor tied to some restructuring of debt and moving the company private. Our $1B market cap can be swallowed by many in cash so is very vulnarable.

Flywheel is my educated guess. They got a great deal on FS. Why not the two hack plays in NE. Get em cheap!
