You know, all the 20-something, straight-out-of-college, cheap new employees who are supposed to take over from people who had decades of experience and practical knowledge?
Because if that doesn't scream "we are committed to longevity and constant progress of the company in today's competitive market," nothing does. Am I right or am I right?
Yes, they are hiring business, biology, arts, ... graduates this year to be the new technical consulting engineers - pretty scary where this company is going. I actually told my manager I won't be spending 50+ hours again training someone about OSI models.

The college hires are just cheap bodies that depart after a year or two. None are expected to perform well or grow at Cisco. Our university program doesn't target the best & brightest.
