We’re having a job fair today and home office forgot to tell us. People are showing up. Should I tell them to run 🏃♀️

Local paper for us has a story about the job fair plus how most starting wages are around $14.25. Kind of odd because the fed min wage for the state is $7.25 which means Walmart only offers the min $11.
As for telling new applicants to run. As cumbersome and ineffective as Workday is and forever shall be until it's ultimate demise. The applicants will have plenty of time to find a real job.
What?! Lol. Maybe there is no job fair and it's just an ambitious flash mob.
