In the Q2 Earnings Call, they mentioned looking into various ways to deal with their financial situation, including selling off parts of, or even the entire company. It didn't sound like it's definitely the way the plan, but it's something they told investors they're considering.
Who would want to buy the whole company is a mystery, though. There's a damn good reason why Conduent has just been steadily losing revenue and contracts since its conception.
