I happened to drive past the Webster campus today and noticed the HCL sign had been removed from Bldg 205. Does that mean they've moved to a different location? No longer renting from Xerox?

I get the incentive to bulldoze bldgs to save tax costs if they cannot be leased or sold. But man, that’s gonna hurt on the asset value side. Smart investors will see the book value dwindling and risk increasing. I would try to speak with any JLL folks on the Webster campus to try to glean insights.
205 on the bulldoze plan. Someone on another thread posted a bigger accounting of the targettes bldgs.
Who moved? Xerox folks or HCL. I thought HCL was using Bldg 205 as a base of Rochester operations in general, not just for Xerox.
The folks in 205 just moved into the empty cubes located in buildings 207 and 111.
