By Monday we will be down 2 drivers. Both employees did what's best for there familys which I would be doing the same thing once I'm offered another job. I don't get all the comments about people saying why would people leave. The bonus is only about 1 or 2 months worth of salary and the cobra for your insurance is a joke. Better to get a jump in the work force then to wait around for your 60 day notice. We are being told some people might stick around till after November to help out with the transition from dsd to warehouse. Also just found out there will be 1 postion for all of California for everyone to apply for. Yea I'll take my chances somewhere else.

no if i wasnt 24 years in this hole id leave too but the 40% bonus + 6 months pay and cobra makes it over a 40,000$ dollar severance which trying o find a job that pays that at 53 im better off staying as long as possible.
Dont blame you all that will only get 8 wks severance/ins, but some of us old farts stand to get 4-6 months , most of the c-appy jobs I see out there now will be there in 60 days.
