FedEx Office location in Dallas has been stuck with a bad Xerox drum for over a month. I got burned paying for c-appy streaked prints off of a Xerox printer, at full price. Ironic. Taste the burn. That's the real state of the business.

It’s been very frustrating trying to keep customers up and running given the lack of part support ...Doubtful things will improve given the turnover and outsourcing we have had to endure ....CSE till the end .
What has happened to service levels since parts and finished goods were outsourced from the West Coast ? Heard Indianapolis support has been a disaster.
RUN. When the Titanic sunk the ship created a massive undertow. I would not recommend treading water anywhere near Xerox.
west coast is in dead trouble, just lost 2 major accounts in LA area. goodbye im out of here........
