Haha!! Notice the flash sales that occur with vendors that are not dsd? Plenty of them and they do just fine!!! Pull your head out of your a$$!! Dsd is ending! Two years ago there were plenty of signs dsd is ending and now today, plenty more! I for one cannot wait to tell you,”told ya so”!

Agreed on that part of severance since more then likely 1 week for every year minimum 6 weeks so yea any one under 8 years is less then 2 months ..it will depend on the rentention bonus is offers and When actually is the final day as in vacation you will have since most wont use if we know we are gone and sick and personal so could add up and be worth while to hang on ..went thru it with Kellogg’s/Keebler and wanted everything they owed me because of what the did and same will be felt with Mondelez

I know one thing for sure, I won’t be the last out the door!! Got myself and my merchandiser settled elsewhere already! Of you have been at Mondelez less than 10 years, you are nuts to wait around for a severance!! Any little severance will be gone in a heartbeat....meanwhile you will still have bills to pay!! So much better to be proactive!!
