What is going on with the new marketing position? Any clubs eliminated marketing yet?

I find it hard to believe
No one comments about this new position
Every market has 1-3 clubs testing this
And no one wants to share?

And how would they know no severance will be offered

I would not take the new marketing job. Really you would never make quota since you will be put at the membership desk and selling credit. No telling what else they will have you doing. When this is changed I am out of here. Loved my job I’m marketing but not this new
If the job codes were changed for PTC and Cash Office, then why did they get rid of the FT PTC? The people in PTC in our club do not know squat about personnel....very young and very inexperienced...does not make sense to me.
Well whose gonna take that new position..
10 hour shifts
No bonuses
and so most of the membership leads already make 45 to 50 a year already because they have been there many years.
And the goals? No extra inventive if your even 1 under every quarter

They just changed the way cash office, and ptc was coded , both of ours are still there all day doing what they do.
Our club still has an Advantage Coordinator. Kind of strange...the Team Lead got a MSS job....they left the Advantage Coordinator out there to hang. Mean if you ask me. And then what about the fact that accounting duties was supposed to roll over to the MSS'? Not so in our club..And PTC, well that's another subject. FT person gone but they have someone working in the PTC office...
