Unfortunately a person’s opinion of the company they work for is directly related to how they feel about their boss. Never heard anyone say they love their job but hate their boss. Looking is always good, even if you don’t change jobs it helps you identify any skill gaps that you might have so that you can plan your career and stay marketable. No matter where you work it’s wise to maintain skills that will help you keep your job or quickly find another job if you need to. You might find a job that is more attractive or you might decide you like the job you have more than the other opportunities you find.
Looking is always a good thing - it sets the bar of your true wealth in the business world. It also empowers you which gives you strength. Testing the waters is a good thing, you might find a better “fit” and may make more money at the same time. SRD has shown there is no value in loyalty within FMC.
