Lowes CEO has got go

I knew when I heard Mr Ellison was basically firing people/laying off.. lol. He was out for himself. Now he is taking away our incentives/allowances that was promised to us from the old CEO in a signed contract from him until we either quit or retire. All sales specialist are now losing anywhere from $300 to more then $1200.00 a month from this. Mr Ellison you are now going to be challenged in a civil lawsuit. You are nothing but a greedy no hearted man. Time to fight for my Lowes team employees. You better be ready.

You are wasting time and money on a lawsuit . if you can afford an attorney for this then you def. We're overpaid in spiff money.

Remember, this is the leadership team that couldn’t cut it at HD and is now trying to copy them. A setup for failure. How did they do at JCP after their HD ousting? HD must be loving it. Best gift ever to have their failures now running Lowe’s.

I’ve experienced the “I don’t care attitude” with store management. Ever since the July 4th weekend they have been cutting hours. I usually get hours cut on days when the sales signs go up. Since my department supervisor is the one closing on those days things aren’t done; zoning, sweeping, trash, signage put up. I get the blame for that the next day. When I point out I didn’t close my hours were cut, I get the “I don’t care attitude.”

I totally agree!! I work on the night stocking crew at my store, who I will mention was region 2 store of the year and the region 2 sm of the year, and Marvin just decided to change all of night ops. Moving people to nights, but making it virtually impossible to do our jobs. We can’t find one to fill our current crew, how are we supposed to fill 5 positions, with 4 being part time?! He’s trying to be so much like HD that we’re gonna get sunk by HD. You can’t beat someone playing against them with their own game. We aren’t black and orange, were silver and blue. We cant get everything generally done when we get a larger truck, how are we supposed to unload it, put it up, and then pull delivery orders all at once?!? He gave us an ultimatum of we had to decided whether we were staying by the 9th yet keeps putting off giving us any info as regards to the position. I’m going to end up leaving and going on days because I can’t work a rolling schedule like we’re having to go to and be able to take care of my dad who just got diagnosed with cancer. Our ASM has been no help either. It’s like he doesn’t even care.
