No!! Sycamore Partners is completing the acquisition of WB Mason. You’re going to completely sh– on this, say it’s not true. Just sit back and wait for the announcement.

you're not getting more "IT infrastructure".
what you'll get is more hours and less benefits.

There is still a lot of work to do to separate retail from the rest of the company. Most back end systems are tied together. Retail would need a larger IT
infrastructure to be able to function.

To answer your question; yes. SP has already done the ground work. The only part of S in the IPO will be NAD.

Stores will continue to close as leases are up for stores without high net revenue. Likely 40 per year and more if possible.

Why would anyone buy it at full price? If by some miracle a fool was interested they would wait to buy it for nickels on the dollar in bankruptcy court.

They separated out retail, so they could sell bonds specific to the retail business and bonds specific to the direct business market.

I believe if you go and look, the bonds probably pay out at different rates

I do not have inside info, but I doubt it. I do not see where that would make sense.
S Partners like retail establishments. They have more experience in that retail area.
