Call them out on things! They love to manipulate the rules to make their jobs easier! If you are a merchandiser, I hope you get to stop at the store closest to your home everyday for the mileage. My merchandisers were told to do so by the RMS, even thought there is a policy. When HR was notified, Skippy played dumb. Maybe cause he is, but also cause he tried to play it off. You can only make excuses so long! The stores were not on the mod, were not added to their routes, just lazy RMS that did this to keep people happy. That’s nice, but he then needs to do for all! That’s how you get some of that money! Speak up!
Know your rights!!! The EEOC is protection for employees from all the managerial abuse! They are allowed to be jerks, as long as they are jerks to all!!! Since we know HR ignores concerns, elevate outside the organization. Doing nothing is exactly what they want!
