Benefit cuts?

Did they say anything at the town hall (or has anyone heard anything) about things like health benefits, vacation, etc being cut?

Labor is a negotiation. Employees agree to work for a company in exchange for compensation (pay and benefits). If an employee doesn’t like what is offered, they are free to move on to another employer where they can negotiate a better deal. The risk for employers is that if they cut too much, they are going to lose too many people. Most are replaceable. However, some are critical and have valuable knowledge about D&B process and systems. Will the company go on? Absolutely. Will the road be a bit more bumpy for the new owners because of it? Definitely. So they can cut. But if they go too deep, they will only hurt themselves. They know this. They didn’t get to where they are by being stupid. The first year or two they have to keep people relatively happy. After that it’s anybody’s guess.

They took away bonuses abd Cost of Living Raises. Better jobs out there, led by better ethical leaders. Look up Black Knight's benefits.
