New care plans and audits - coworkers on my team started to get audits back 2 weeks ago, and SNP started the new care plan last Monday.

humana is on a self destruct path and does not have the intelligence to know it
SNP has already rolled out the new care plans and audits. It's been an improvement, although not perfection, if that's what you're hoping for. In my opinion there will always be limitations so long as we continue using the CGX platform.
