With MH gone, people have pointed out that HP kept to his layoff schedule even after he resigned. Multiple rumors pointed to a layoff after open world in September. So it's possible the marching orders given by MH will still be executed through the end of the fiscal year and could continue through May 31 2020.
My guess is that if some of the people presenting at OOO on legacy Meltaway products will melt away themselves then it would be good for them to wrap up their presentation notes and send emails with contact information to the sales team before they get notice.
The best time would probably be Thursday the 24th. I've notice the majority of layoffs in the past seem to be on a Thursday. The last possible day for a September layoff would be Monday sept 30th.
