Schwab is the worst company I ever worked for in my 30 years of IT career
At first, they claimed that it would free up my time to focus on the important jobs after they have me trained, and hand my job off to the India Offshore
Then, they tried to fire me with poor quarterly performance review / evaluation, saying I was not cooperating to bring the value to the team or the company
After I threaten to sue them, my work life was miserable until the layoff announcement came at the end of the year
I am so glad that I got the package and am with a whole lot better working condition
Now, I felt so sorry for all employees who work there.
