Seaworld just fired everyone in the Orlando contact center because they've decided to go with outsourcing in Jamaica and Guatemala because it's cheaper even though they constantly mess up and guests can never understand them. Everyone is fired effective Immediately.

Welcome to the 21st century. Outsourcing is real and SEA employees should be fortunate it hasn’t been implemented until now. The transition will be rough since there wasn’t notice or formal in-person training (that I am aware of), but it is what it is. Outsourcing is a thing. If your desk job is laid back, you have time to spare - you should be concerned.
Well they can skip Cuilnary Ops most of them are already on the way out
Essentially its the plan to put in 20 new coasters over the next 10 years across the enterprise.
So six flags clone here we go!
All the new rides and animal stuff slowly getting cut is a sign that SeaWorld is never coming back. We will keep up with the rescues as long as its nice PR to get people in the door, but ultimately if those cost to much money they will cut those too.
And its never going to be smart to run departments on a skeleton crew which is happening a lot. It leads to stress, burnout, and injury. This "new management" that the brown noser likes so much is literally creating an unsafe environment for us and the animals we are supposed to take care of.

Soon enough it can be another "P–p Cruise".
This company is unbelievable! Wow. Sounds great SW. Now you can afford to put in the new rollercoaster! POS company! Rumers are also spreading about layoffs in December to Asst. Supervisors and higher.
