Don't get fooled by the "Schwab Culture." You will always make more money and remain more competitive by moving between custodians every couple of years. It's been made VERY clear that tenure is not respected by this corporation.

When your revenue stream is primarily dictated by rates, I'm not sure you have a "culture"...rates go up, so does headcount, rates go down, layoffs. Rinse/repeat.
Corporate rules don't apply to people who are talking, only to people who are listening...
Just a terrible situation. Loyalty may exist elsewhere. But for real, the environment is bad and will get worse. Take of yourselves and your careers!

It’s a publicly traded company if you believe in the “culture” as an adult and use that to justify not advancing your own career that’s no different from believing in Santa Claus as a teenager
