Have you noticed all the job postings. Could it be that people are leaving. Such a sad state of affairs. Congratulations to the folks that have left and are leaving. Good luck to the new hires. Stay for a max of two years and then get out.

What's wrong with hiring a whole bunch of people? Helps out the desperate Calgary economy and let's us sit around and get paid. Life is good!
The CEO needs to take charge reducing the number of new hires. They’ve already blown through their headcount target for the year to date before these new postings.
Any hiring should be business critical only, anything less and it opens a floodgate to the sh– show this place was in the past. Managers hiring to build empires and upper mgmt doing nothing about it. We went through 8 or more rounds of layoffs and I would prefer not to do it again because of mgmt sliding back to their old careless ways. It starts with a trickle and ends with a waterfall.
Alex should be approving every new hire as business critical only. Anything less is a betrayal to all the staff here. I mean aside from reducing everyone’s benefits / bonuses except for mgmt, oh and promoting more mgrs and directors, and hiring PR people who don’t add to the bottom line, and......
