I say we get togeather on October 5 and massive call in. How many on borad it won't work with 5 people stand up for what you belive in Gus did.

No Communication
Taking away benefits
Doing more work for the same pay
Laying people off
Everyone's all proud that G left and he literally did nothing except take pictures with animals while he was here. You want to show "the man" something...quit your job. Calling in one day isn't enough.
A call out is just childish. They will get thru the day and realize you all aren't really needed and there you go. If you are that unhappy just get another job like an adult.
Of course we have no protection!
Good to state the obvious. Our friends get laid off, SeaWorld just changes our vacation time when it benefits them, leaders get bonuses while we are happy with the eleven cent pay raise, we live each day in fear waiting till it’s our turn.
WE ALL KNOW WE HAVE NO RIGHTS.
As the HR reo told the call center people as they were getting laid off you will find better jobs well no s...t

There is a big movement of people calling off on the busy weekends if spook. My Supervisor always sends me home to save budget. I know if 45 people already. SeaWorld is doing nothing for us. Why should we care? They don’t give us insurance, no tuition reimbursement, no pto, and write us up when we are sick. They don’t care. Why should I care? My friends and I are in food, rides, and merchandise. The word is spreading fast. We are telling all our friends on Facebook. If you show up on the weekend, you might be doing more as the park will not be there. Can’t wait to see my Supervisors faces when they have no one and will be calling everyone and no one will be available.
