I have shown this board to by counter parts the management of the mouse. They question anyone who is or was a leader in SeaWorld. Your company has a poor reputation for having poor and unskilled management.

I'm not pro union, but agree, based on SEA Managements behavior, it's time to unionize.
I'd like to make signs that reads, "If you thought we treated our animals bad, you should see how we treat our employees."
I say invite the union over even they couldn't help that place. Come in talk with the employees this company is up for sale or been sold. There are no more corners to cut attendance is up they couldn't even manage the gates yesterday so short staffed. Guests complaints are up as well dubble edge sword less employees more guests what do you think will happen. But it looks good on paper the money rolling in. They are now deceiving the public again about saving the oceans and the animal's with on. But that's not fruad that's marketing the only thing they care about is their bottom line.
Well if we had their contract at least we wouldn't have secrets like vacation cuts lurking on the horizon with no details, pay increases spelled out, paid holidays, 401k match that wouldn't be going away, communication about my hours, secret meetings with no information shared...layoff after layoff...call center hired then fired then hired again then fired.
And just how are they going to help us
Disney has a great union. It's easy to go online and send an email. They will help SeaWorld and BGT employees too. Or, you can just wait to have your hours cut, a nothing raise and the good feeling that management is making money on your hard work in the Florida sun.
This whole boat is about to go down because of bad leadership starting with the head of the borad direction he's the biggest problem. Thank you from the Disney team we apperacited it.
