Apparently he's made some "promises" which is funny - we've heard them before with the first layoff. Does anyone think we actually believe anything printed in SEA statements? Each "memo" reads like a form letter with the latest buzz words thrown in with a few comments about solidarity from marketing people in a revolving position that have no idea what this business was like or how theme parks actually operate.

It shouldn’t have been unwittingly, it should have raised a big red flag that these guys were going to be their replacements 😢

New ICEO is making his rounds to the parks to introduce himself, the new ICEO Pez from the ICEO Pez dispenser. Leadership will not ask the tough questions as they have heard it from 4 people with the same “vision” and “belief” in what we do. I’m guessing he will focus on the “I am one of you” technique which is as meaningful as when JR delivered it........and that worked out.....or not.
