So glad I spent the last 3 years “unleashing my potential”. This has been the most depressing, demoralizing, and sad day.

Lol, uop. Funniest thing I've ever seen tried to be put in place. No one in a leading position knows what the heck they're doing. Talk about ther biggest schw-up in corporate history. All the wrong people making all the wrong decisions, it's like watching a train wreck you can't take your eyes off of. Slow moving and full of catastrophe. I get the concept and agree with the goal, the execution however is the biggest mess I've ever seen. But what do I know.....
this hasnt been the same company since the geostrat happened in SFO a few years ago. Every team i know and work with are stressed out due to high workload and low staffing. The company simple doesn't care. They will continue to off-shore and contract FTE work out.
what was once a great place to work has become a soulless institution with no life.
