Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Is it too late to stop the downfall?

Of course I don't mean that there is even a possibility of that happening with this leadership. If they stay a don't see any other outcome then the company going down. I'm asking if it is possible to get out of this situation with a new leadership, or has Lowe's sunk too low already?

Under the current leadership I see nothing good coming from Lowe’s. Marvin’s all about sound bites; there are no cash registers at corporate and you either serve customers or you serve those that serve customers. In reality Marvin is all about making money for himself, his masters, and his buddies. Look at how he says one thing and does the exact opposite.

A selfless leadership team that ties their bonus directly to the employees also receiving a bonus could turn then company around. Unfortunately, lowe’s is a good ole boys and girls club. If you aren’t in the inner circle, you are the sacrifice.
