So buy low, sell high? That's a great approach to investing. A pending recession, okay. We've all endured them before. Safeguard to ensure bonuses for the top executives at a large company; probably true - although not a crime. Come back with better material kid.
I would assume that there an EPS that they are targeting and once there, a sell off will occur. I believe that there will be a recession soon so I am certain that there will be a safeguard to ensure the bonuses for the EVP's. Take a look at what happened in 08-09. STT shed half of its current value for a duration of time.
