Since everything else is failing, might as well try to give the long neglected Home & Business franchises some attention in some misguided attempt to save the brand, because who knows, maid services, plumbers, and air conditioner services are too cheap to change their signage, and old people are too set in their ways to change their service providers. Next up, the Sears Driving Schools into high schools blitz?

Wish there was a metric to show many blown sales there has been because they weren't going to be buying a PA or using a Sears card and customers who stopped shopping there because they didn't want to have credit cards and rewards programs shoved down their throats, most of the metrics are so counterproductive it's insane, just create bad employees who are good at manipulating them so they don't get threatened with their jobs, it's not a call center in India those kind've scare tactics with low pay don't work very well
This kind of failed before it even launches "digital strategy" brained stormed over pillowtalk has lady CEO LM's fingerprints all over it. How many failed concepts that lose millions and billions have to launch before Eddie sacks her a–? She must be crazy in the sack. SYW, those stupid appliance and mattress stores, the metrics that are diametrically opposed with retail success, how many failed ideas have their been?
Yeah right. Eddie's now consulting people who make 80k per year EBITDA because he's squandered billions per year in losses because he's was too much a mo–n to invest and expand in the brand. The vendors who signed on with franchise in the 80s are smart enough to know that the reason they didn't get screwed is that they weren't f—d by Eddie is because they weren't in store, because all those guys were royally screwed over because Eddie took their money and ran with their merchant services and leases. They don't trust him any more than the vendors or SHOS. He could learn a lot from them about building a brand or money though. He could learn a lot about associates about how to satisfy customers and not building a customer hostile business by not shoving protection plans and shop your way down their throats too, as well as not having stores that look like a bombed out shelter that hasn't been updated since the 90s, but Eddie's too much of an id–t for that. He'd rather argue with associates on Pebble and display how much he doesn't understand about business.
Heaven forbid if Sears should try something new without asking the associates permission. Still waiting for all the Einstein‘s working at Store level to present their plan to save/ revive Sears

Angies list and more is way ahead if this. I punched in my major metro area zip and no provider's. No one who has a business is going to pay a piece to this website for referrals.. however if esl can build up a database and clicks it may be worth selling off the domain name and database in the future so thats smart. As far as helping us its a no go.
