Customer Excelence versa Stock Holders

Working at HW HSM (Mobility Scanning) I do not agree with what they say and what they do.

How should cutomer experience grow, as the short the number of experts by closing locations and cutting down System Specialist?

They do not know that the Europen Market is different to US, China and others.

They should sell this business unit (Honeywell Scanning and Mobility) to a company (again rumors about Panasonic?) that cares more about customers and region diversity..

Now again furlough time, outsourcing to virgin programmers and more non-sense.

JW’s leadership has been failing for years. He has only retained DA golden boy status because of the financial success of a few acquisitions (Intermec, Vocollect, & Intellegrated). All of which he has ruined by squeezing pennies from suppliers, closing facilities, not releasing new products, and ignoring customers and partners.

Whether you are a JW “futureshaper” or not, you need to run. Thinking anything will change or get better is being crazy.

John Boy is and has been out of control for many years. Buy's a "shiny new toy" calls it a "bolt on" then "breaks it" every time and positions the downturn as an "indicator of the trend"

Seriously no one is even thinking about the impacts of the cuts. There is no transition. No one to transition the work to! Managers are frustrated. They don’t have a say in the cuts. JW is failing and he’s just trying to make the numbers look good to DA and become his golden boy again. If they retained the WFH then they could have retained talent and experience.
