What is being communicated by all the Service Centers and across the country is we had to have RIF's to be more a efficient operation which will help in the organization to write more business, grow and be profitable. Think about that statement. You have to shrink to grow. Really. More efficient how when more work is handed over to Adjusters. Why would you RIF good, dedicated employees and then communicate that you are going write more business and grow and become profitable. Please we can see between the lines. Where is this business going to come from? The word is out how this company has continual reorg's and restructures. Too many good performers have been let go or left because of the way this company is going. Claims is shrinking and will continue to shrink. It's a fact and if you don't see it, you have your eyes closed.

Good point but truly, I don’t believe they are actually clueless I think they do all this c—p to placate the masses and give the illusion they care. It’s all BS.
The funny/annoying/stupid thing “new management” is doing with these so call surveys to see how organizational health and overall morale is... then realize the Answer isn’t what they expected Lol...Then ask.. why is morale down? How can we change ppl? Why do ppl not want to work here?
Oh... Let’s give them free ice cream... maybe they’ll all change their perspectives and smile happily while awaiting for the never ending next round of RIFs ... clueless ...

Amazing isn’t it. I am sooo glad I got my package this week and I never have to go back to that toxic environment.
