2020 FS Budgets

Has anyone heard what we are looking at for FS budgets in 2020. Will it be a drastic (20+ hour) cut like last year or just a few hours cut? Obviously there will be some sort of cut, as I think we would all have to quit out of shock if they didn’t cut hours more.

My DL told us district wide to not be hiring anyone up front until after the new year. We have to pull from other stores and the rx if we need coverage. So I don’t take that as a good sign.

When is this all going down? And when will the affected stores find out? Or is this going to be implemented company-wide?

If your mirroring RX just have Pic manage the front store. Eckerd used to do it back in the day.

But that would only be for stores going to RX hours right? And we still haven’t heard which stores are going that route yet. So when we find out which stores are going to RX hours then we will probably find out the 2020 hours?

If your operational hours are mirroring The pharmacy hours you’re probably looking at 100 to 110 hours of demand that’s why they’re waiting to tell you.

I have no info, but on this site, a few have hinted "wait'll you see the 2020 budgets" so I assume will be bad.

They hide this info until as late as possible. Even on msh they show ave monthly hours for 3 months out and they shockingly left off Jan so expecting a big cut
