Marvin cuts = no customer service.
Marvin hires 3rd party (XPO, ET AL) - No accountability, piss poor customer service.
Marvin enacts Kronos scheduling = No applicants, experienced employees leaving in droves.

Any id–t knows this stuff, but Marv is no id–t. He is well aware, and is lining his pockets short term with as much loot as possible before ducking out with millions, and leaving Lowe's in ruins.
