So I get threatened with termination if I accept a tip. Then I use the Walmart grocery delivery service. Before I could get the stuff put away, I get hit up with an email and a text from Walmart asking if I want to tip the driver. I understand they are probably third party. So then why doesn't Walmart let them ask for their own tip, instead of being in control of everyone's world. Or, if they must, just be consistent. Too much to ask for.

I happily took tips that were offered to me many times while I was working for Sam's. I also took several kickbacks (coupons, displays) from vendors that I dealt with. The CEO and many others were taking kickbacks as well, so I didn't feel bad. The trick is to not get caught.
That's because they use third parties such as doordash to deliver.
WalMart Ethics.
Cracks me up every time somebody uses those two words in the same sentence!
Ha!!
Those bosses like to tout ethics as part of the work culture but they certainly don't live it themselves. Integrity has been gone from regionals, market managers & CM's for years.
