Well vista stocks are still in the tank. Ammo market is still in the tank. Shareholders are p-ss-d. So the companies strategy is to cut 401k contributions from 6% down to 3%, raise healthcare cost 6% and ship FEDERAL’S rimfire work to CCI. They keep this up and they will have a UNION on they’re hands.

I was able to find a new position and get out of Vista about 6 months ago after 3 years in Anoka. Watching the multiple round robins of management title changes while strategy and implementation were constantly shifting - leaving anyone who didn't have a "Manager" title wondering if they'd have a job or support for the job they were doing going forward. No advancement availability for anyone who wasn't employed before the ATK/Vista split. God forbid they trim the fat and get rid of Managers who are still trying to force outdated sales techniques and play clique culture with their Anoka High School bros.
