What do you think - are we going to be better off here at JB Hunt once all shuffle is done, all cheese is moved and all new positions are filled. Are we gonna be a better company? Or is this just rearranging of chairs on the deck (while the ship is sinking) - not sure what to think right now...

O my jbhunt with the new 360 will be rocking & rolling & will be a logistics giant. If your lucky enough to be onboard now yes sit tight & enjoy a nice career I think 2020 & beyond will be a very righteous place to be employed and enjoy the ride. I think just a matter of time with even more stuff they have in the pipeline that jbht stock takes off and employees will enjoy a nice 401k along with great salarys and commissions, bonus etc. they are spending money to get more things in place and when it goes it will go fast right to the top and the longevity will be there. I know they have a great IT department and they promote with in & years ago all would say it's a man's world in trucking but hunt has a very intelligent executive group and a women's name I remember hearing great things about is shelli Simpson & diversity is very important at hunt. I think if you can get a foot in the door you wouldn't leave & shouldn't leave, great things to come from JBHT I would bet on that. Have a blessed weekend. Keep on trucking.
