Was posted today hiring for a manager at our store. I thought we were getting rid of managers? Maybe it's the membership manager position I just wonder if u have to be in MIT to even apply for this position? Not like it really matters they already know who they gave it to they are just going through the motions so it looks like they are fair. That is the integrity sams has these days

Like there's only one Sam's Club in the whole of Illinois. Jeez Louise, get a grip.
I've seen them hire for a position then cut that position soon after. Happens a lot. We even had a new hire for audit that was in the middle of their CBLs when they let the audit team go.
Yup. There hasn't been a fair hiring/promotion process in 10+ years. Regional GM's, MM's, CM's they have the worst integrity of us all. We find out truths right in front of them and they still try and hide it.

I’m just curious if any other clubs out there are having Ethics issues blatantly ignored? Verbal ABUSE is running rampant in my club! Managers are the worst and the ones that used to care about you don’t do anything to address it when you go to them! Home office does nothing either. Racial profiling and Disrespect seems to be the new norm for Sam’s now! Very Sad! just sayin
Well they must have a different definition for integrity than the true meaning of it. Because there has been no integrity in our club for very long time
