So sad, will the employees in Omaha share what you"re experiencing, what the morale is like, that also goes to any TEY employee's system wide what your facing. Let provide critical information, its no need for the jokes. What is done is done. Also carman, mow what are you experiencing. Has anyone heard or know of any new critical information.

Really? do you really know how these people in the trenches feel? I can tell you it S!!ks, morale has always S!!ked. Getting your legitimate claims denied,being harassed by new managers straight out of the OMT program and so on. I worked in the glass tower and NOBODY over there cared about what was going out in the field, all they cared about was when the next ice cream social was. I was there in 2015 when they walked off these managers, they looked like Zombies walking around with no sense of direction. I didn't feel sorry for them, all i could think about is how many of these schmucks would post on the propaganda that was sent out saying " way to go", i love this company and so on. look at them now, walked off the property. what do you think about your company now. We were instructed to donate to their charities so they could get 100 percent participation in your department and so on. So NO I do not feel bad for those in the glass tower getting cut off. Go leave a remark on how great it is working and keep drinking the Koolaid. Leave the men and women who have to work in the real world alone and let them do their jobs!
i remember going to Omaha for training and employees there acted like they had the best job in the world with the best company in the universe. then when they first walked people off the property in large numbers in 2015 with girls crying carrying their possessions in a box out the door it was a little bit of a buzz k–l for everyone. i haven't been up there in a few years, but i've been told it's a completely different mindset with everyone acting depressed and/or just trying to survive.
I feel for you TEY and car repair types....but even MOW morale is in the sewer. Guys walk around looking like the world is ending. And pretty well....we can see that it is. To look at LF, makes me want to VOMIT. He is a total piece of trash in my opinion. Regardless who is calling these shots....he will be the face of the ruination of UP.
