Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Xerox is broken

The Supply Chain nor the company in general haven’t improved.... it continues to get worse. All the young talented employees have left and those still hanging on can barley keep the ship afloat. Senior leadership and the CEO are incompetent and have destroyed what was once a great company. As others have said, they try to make Xerox look good but we all know that the company is a complete disaster. Those of us that were smart enough to get out can’t certainly state the grass is greener on the other side and fully recognize how broken Xerox has become.

Way more than supply chain is broken. For starters, the entire annuity - lease - usage model. Sadly only a few know this. When the decision was made to get out of paper supplies, the model should have been questioned. Now the model is a mechanism for fraud, a cyberattack surface, unsustainable in the face of customer exodus, and not understood by investors.

At AZ-hjx - I believe past employees watch this website as it’s the only means of hearing the different rumors. Many employees worked a great deal of years and only left because of the poor leadership and outsourcing of jobs. Just because someone has an opinion and doesn’t work at Xerox doesn’t mean they don’t care about their previous coworkers or the status of the company or simply what would have happened if they hadn’t left. I can only imagine who trolls on this website, but I think it’s pretty simple to read between the lines and ignore those that try and stir the pot. I also believe that the intention was to continue to bring to light the simple fact.... Xerox is a sinking ship and for those still there- don’t be afraid to venture out as you just may end up better off.

Supply Chain - starting with planning functions has been broken for last 20+years. Outsourcing other segments of Supply Chain functions has only made it worse. Too late to save it.

If you have been smart enough to get out, why are you still posting on this site? (I do agree that it is smart to get out sooner rather than later, but am tired of the trolls)
