Hope their bonuses are nice and big this year...

I work at one of the buildings at Easton.

After being here for 8 years (4 of them good), this company has lost focus and great too fast.

I am not shocked by this at all.

And while there are some poor performers in the list I was privy to being in IT and having to remove access, it s—s when a few of these people were my friends, but more importantly exceptional and knowledgeable folks.

I would be OK and feel like my job isn’t in jeopardy but they let good people go and many slackers still remain.

This may have needed to happen but the execution was terrible.

Management is clueless to the talent they let go.

Shame on them.

Hope their bonuses are nice and big this year.

that is exactly what we are, human capital, if you dont like it then dont work for a public company that has shareholders, go work for a family owned business where you known the owner

I’m fairly new and on the phones. Today was very traumatic and we didn’t get to say goodbye to anyone. Everyone was crying and angry. Alliance is demonstrating terrible judgement in how they handle PEOPLE. They treat us as just capital to make them huge salaries and bonuses and dispose of us as they see fit.
