Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

The organisation is in the bottom 8% when it comes to remuneration / benefits in the financial services sector. This cannot be papered over by false sentiment and statistics at a townhall. Pretty shocking really how employees are treated. Very poot reflection on the board and senior people (I refuse to call them leaders or management as they do neither). HR is removed and replaced by an admin team led by someone that Charlie brought in on a high salary as a favour. Amazing stuff in this day and age. #Failures
