I have 25yrs of service in this industry and have never seen a bigger money grab ...Operating Ratios . To cut jobs , sell off rolling stock , close yards and shop engines in the name of a ratio to show a profit is a poor business practice . It is a shell game based on lies ... When you work in a terminal that has four assistant sups ... Yes terminal not division ...You may be management top heavy . I truly is disheartening to see this industry gutted because of corporate greed .

Harrison / Mantel made a fortune showing major profits by gutting an industry layoffs , selling off asserts in the name of an operating ratio and preferred shareholders.
