Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Well I can't see but maybe 2 or 3 things that front end leads got added to them. But some of there work got added to membership. And now with there title they seriously put everything on anyone they can find to do it besides themselves. Example today from 1 to 230 we had 5 mtl there and what do they do find someone to do door then find someone to go do click and pull yet there are 5 of them and none of them could take on that Responsibility. We have ONE Mtl that actually works ONE the other 4 run around looking for someone to do what they should do.

We were told we would be getting "more responsibility" with our pay raise when it happened. I have yet to see anything like that in our club.
My friend is one of the merch leads, they only got bumped to $15 but have 100 times more responsibilities then I do as a meat lead.
Not saying it's right, but it is what it is.

Job descriptions now are that of a assistance managers when you view it thru workday for TLs. Mxvoices will list you as an assistant manager.

@1xgr MIT has to sit tight as well.

So if there is a manager freeze does that mean MIT also. We have an MIT position open now but they haven't hired anyone

FYI. Some leads did NOT just get a big raise. Some of us have worked our a– off to have been making more than the new minimum for a while now. Jus sayin.

Leads want the money but not responsibility........ that's messed up

Since the leads were smart enough to stay in their position and not go for a management position, they're going to force it. A lot of leads have been in their position for many years. They are asked to go for MIT, but the smart ones always turn it down. This company s—s.

So this is what they tell us if you don't like it or get it then maybe it's just not for you step down or maybe find another position or even so there's the door.Please don't take this wrong for me saying this that's just what we've been told
