Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Kramer says don’t buy what CEO is selling

Mad money piece about Resideo and garret spinoffs said that you should not buy what our leaders are selling off. This is a good observation and we can use it to observe what division is going to get layoffs next.

Is your site seeing investment? Capital and research into new products is a sign that they are buying not selling. Post if your site is seeing money from corporate. Then let’s list the sites that are not seeing investment

Honeywell spun off 90% of its' asbestos liability to Garrett. While Honeywell is still ultimately responsible, Garrett will have to make payments to HI up to $175 million in any year.

Kramer says Darius is “brilliant” for creating two over-leveraged companies whose failing stock was given to current Honeywell shareholders because he was not able to sell the tar babies to outside investors. Brilliant might be the wrong adjective. I hope you Honeywell employees sold your Rezi/Garrett shares from your 401k match accounts.

Clearly Honeywell has destroyed his residential market through bad decision or rather unability to decide in a dynamic marekt, political battles, ... and done a very nasty spin-off to maximize short term profit and enable more buy-backs.

Now it will be up to resideo leadership to save it in a good and dynamic market.

Yes what a great advert for Honeywell products- since that's what Resideo sells.

I hate to say this but they are right. Resideo was a disaster before they got rid of it and an even bigger disaster with no future now.
