No tags will scan on pallets from DC trucks now. We have been printing tags for every pallet and now we are behind on trucks. Any other clubs having this problem. Posted this before but it was deleted. Starting to think home Office runs this page.

4 days later and tags still don’t scan. Called DC and left message again because they are to lazy to answer the phone and do there job. Hope someone gets fired for this.
Call DC and have them re gate the load. Usually works after a bit.
No one answeres the phone at the DC. We are 4 behind now. I give up. Not my problem after I clock out.
In the past I’ve seen if the Walmart isn’t finalized it won’t scan, but that was a while ago
We call DC right away and they fix it. It only happens once in awhile

Have you contacted the dc to let them know? They need to do something on their end and then the truck scans in like and hour or so.
Lol! Nah, they don't care enough to run a page like this. Plus my co-worker would've been fired a year ago after all the stuff he posts. Course we are way up in the Northeast so another reason not to care what we post anyway.
It's been happening at our club too. We just put the pallets up in steel without scanning them. We don't have time to make new tags.
